Hydrangea macrophylla "Teller Blue"

Photo taken on 18.08. 2005 on the " Pterostyrax" path. Hydrangea's were discovered in 1767 by Philibert Commerson in China. These flowers have fertile (small unopened) flowers and unfertile (large edging) flowers. The plant should be pruned in the early spring.
