- Rosa “Queen Elizabeth”
- Rosa "New Dawn".

- Rosa "Teeny Weeny", with its tiny flowers which flowers continuously from June through September
- The freely blooming orange Rosa "Westerland" can also be found.

The winterhard
Trachycarpus fortunei (Chusan palm) can also be seen in the rose garden. This photo was taken in 2004, but it has now almost reached the height of the first floor balcony.
